“I'm sorry to see him go.”

Someone that you work with is leaving the company. You like him. You say to another coworker:    

I'm sorry to see him go.

sorry to see (someone) go    

This can be used when someone leaves a company, graduates from a school, dies, etc. You can say this about someone, or you can say it directly to them:

Well, I'm really sorry to see you go.
