It's a nice day outside, so you go out to ride your bicycle. You see your neighbor jogging and stop to make small talk with him. You talk about why you're riding your bicycle:
I just thought I'd come out and get some fresh air and sunshine.

You're writing a blog post about how you think America should solve the problem of having too many overweight people. You just wrote that obesity has increased over the last 20 years. Now you want to explain why you think the number of fat people has increased You write:
This rise in obesity is due to poor diet and lack of exercise.
You are a really physically fit person who works out at a gym several times a week. Your friend is complaining that she's been lifting weights but her muscles haven't gotten any bigger. You think that she just needs to continue doing it for longer. You say:
You know, building muscle takes time.
You have been exercising for 3 months to try to lose weight, but you haven't lost much weight. You're telling someone about this problem. You say:
I'm not seeing any results.
