“Whee!”

You're babysitting a young child and took her out to a park. You're pushing her on a swing set. You want it to seem exciting, so you say:
Whee!
Whee!
"Whee!" is a sound that children make when they're doing some exciting physical action, like swinging or sliding.
Adults don't usually say "Whee!" unless they're talking to small children. Strangely, though, adult English speakers do make a certain noise when they're having fun. For example, if you're water skiing and have just stood up for the first time, you say:
Whoo!
Adults also say "Whoo!" at places like concerts and wild parties.
