What's the catch?

When you make deals with people, sometimes they try to leave a negative point until the end. 

For example:

A: I think I found a job for you. 

B: Oh really? That's great. 

A: The catch is, it's in New Jersey. 

When someone makes an offer that's "too good to be true", you can say "What's the catch?" suspiciously.
